Favorite games of all time
I was wondering about peoples favorite games of all time. I love RPG genre those most but there are tons of fun games out there that I would be interested in searching for. Bit of a collector of good games!
Here are some of mine in no particular order. Fallout 3 Fallout New Vegas Final Fantasy IV, V, VI (my favorite), VII (maybe the best of the genre) and X Suikoden One and Two Lunar: Silver Star Complete Lunar: Eternal Blue Complete Unchartered Waters, New Horizons Inindo, Way of the Ninja Secret of Mana Crystalis Chrono Trigger That's just a few of my old favorites. Not to mention Skyrim too.

Silent Hill 2 might just be my absolute favorite, what with it still fuelling many of my obsessions and irrational fear (during a blackout, I was almost positive Pyramid Head was waiting for me in a darkened hallway). Not exactly healthy, but that game is just that good.
New Vegas and FFVII also rank pretty highly for me, and I tend to love RPGs overall. Apart from that, I'd like to suggest The Last Express (a phenomenal PC adventure game that didn't do well when it was released, but it's now available for digital download), Mega Man Legends, Bully, Metal Gear Solid 3 (I like the series overall, but 3 is my favorite, which is ironic because I was/am annoyed that Kojima decided to do a prequel after 2), Shadow of the Colossus (which is just beautiful), and Okami (same). All are really good, and will likely eat up days just to play through them. |

Well gabs listed my #1 game of all time, Earth Bound.
Ummm how bout some arcade games. Gotta love some Galaga and Ms. Pacman (personal favorite) and the invention of the claw machine (I am addicted to these things.) Atari - nuff said Nintendo - Gauntlet, Rad Racer, Mike Tyson Punch Out, Mario bros./duck hunt is given SNES ... aside from earthbound it is just too broad for me to list them all I loved this platform. Gabs completely missed the N64 era which brought us more wonderful games continuing the mario series and bringing together many characters in Smash Brothers. I'm not going to the newer systems but how about some favorite PC games like MechWarrior series the starsiege series and tribes. Counter-Strike which I STILL play to this day, command and conquer, blizzard games excluding the WoW crack, Just for shits and gigglez Rabbit Reader and Falcon 5.0

Crap I forgot to say Rock Band. I really only say it because I played it on stage with Will Wheaton once.

Hmm, let's see....
Videogames: Monkey Island 1, 2, 3, and 5... 4 just makes me kind of cry inside. Sam and Max hit the road, Grim Fandango, Gabriel Knight, King's Quest 6, Indiana Jones and the Secret of Atlantis... Eternal Darkness, Silent Hill 2, Fatal Frame 2, Bioshock, Amnesia, Skyrim, Mass Effect series, Final fantasy VI, FFIX, FFXII, Final fantasy tactics, and FFTA Star Ocean 2 Okami Board games: Settlers of Catan ( I maintain that this game will one day ruin all of my friendships with anyone I play it with, but I still like it.) Gloom Elixer Power Grid Carcassone Ticket To Ride Pictionary Dominion Tabletop games: Legend of the 5 Rings (RPG, not cards, screw that noise.) Pathfinder Call of Cthulhu (Yes, I like games where you never win and are only staving off death...) Deadlands Paranoia |
