Pancakes, duh.
Though, oatmeal is pretty gnar gnar. Throw some OJ on the side with maybe a bagel? That's full of win. |

Amatoria crams a fist full of biscuits in her mouth. You pick out a biscuit from some biscuits. You consume the last of a biscuit. Dragaxus says to you, "You know you're quite sexy when you do that." Amatoria spits crumbs all over, "You're just saying that." Typically, 9 times out of 10 in TEC you are bored you just dont realize it because your brain functions at a higher rate and it keeps you from thinking about the possibility that you are simply sitting there doing absolutely nothing. |

Left-overs for breakfast is always so satisfying, in a strange way.

Oh, hey, I voted for pancakes because it was the closest option you gave to my real recommendation. I had to run down to Gainesville and didn't have time to type out a full answer.
You should have had waffles. Pancakes are meh. Waffles give you tiny miniature bowls to hold all that butter and the maple syrup. Waffles!

I just had a bout of minor argument nostalgia. I think it's the first time I've ever felt that way.

When I was just a little guy, my mom made waffles for breakfast one time and told me the story about how waffles were first created. The story was, back in medieval times, there was a knight, and he had been out working all morning. I can't remember if there had been a battle, or if he had just been out riding or training or whatever, but the point was he had been out since the crack of dawn and was very tired and hungry. His wife was at home, and knew he would be very hungry when he got back, so she was making pancakes for him. Pancakes were his favorite. The knight's stool was by the stove, so when the pancakes were finished, she set the plate of pancakes on it to cool. The knight got home right after that, still dressed in his chainmail. He was so tired, he didn't take his armor off, he just wanted to sit and eat. He asked what was for breakfast, and she said "Pancakes." He was so excited he went and sat right down on his stool before his wife could warn him, and without noticing the plate of pancakes on it. When he realized what had happened, he stood back up, but the pancakes had a bunch of indents in them from his chainmail. But he was so hungry, he decided to eat them anyway! When he realized that the little indents were perfect for holding the syrup and butter, his wife started making them that way all the time. And that is how the waffle was born! I love that story.
