Player healing

Let's give a thanks to Jekyll who fixed the healing system. If you have the correct skills, you should be able to once again bandage another character and heal them.

Should you experience any other problems with healing, please file an @bug so we can keep on fixing any of these problems as we find them.

NPC's can do this as well now?

Any character that has the appropriate skills would. We didn't change the system, Jekyll just fixed the commands.
