I think I have watched everything on this list. I miss seeing most of those, especially since today's cartoons seem so...sterile.

But here are a few oldies I grew up with:

Go Go Gophers.

Tennessee Tuxedo.

Dudley Do-Right.

Right now my mother is watching the newest remake of Bewitched. With Nicole Kidman and Will Ferrel. I glanced at it and actually lost brain cells.

I shudder to think of what the remake of The Land of The Lost will look like. Especially with Will Ferrel in that one as well.

Some gentler love doth ease itself
Into my heart and mind.

Love, be more cruel or so be kind.

Captain Planet,
He's a hero,
Gonna take pollution down to zero!

And I forget the rest...

I used to have the Captain Planet theme song as my ringtone. <3 Captain Planet!

I hate my brain sometimes.

Next verse is as follows:

He's our power
magnified
fighting on the
planet's side.

How did I forget Rocky and Bullwinkle? Geeze. They were right up there with Tennessee Tuxedo.

I always thought the Fractured Fairy Tales were more fun than the ones we were taught by our parents. The Fractured ones made more sense and were funnier.

And has anyone mentioned Bugs Bunny and Road Runner cartoons yet? If we were half as suggestible as Congress thinks we are, then there would have been NUMEROUS anvil and kitchen sink accidents in my childhood.
