Ever just wonder about something. I had the thought, "what if I vorpalled while ascended"...didn't work out real well.

You concentrate intently, and a red, vorpal tunnel shimmers into existence.
Graywing the Gryphon, Lumiere the Ghost, Necrophage the Nefarious Banshee, Asperia the Banshee, Bakdom the Ghost and Vall the Zombie tumble out of a shimmering, red portal right before it closes.
Corpse falls to the ground.
Graywing the Gryphon drops like a rock out of the sky.
<Lumiere the Ghost is delivered into Grendel's embrace!>
Corpse falls to the ground.
Lumiere the Ghost drops like a rock out of the sky.
<Necrophage the Nefarious Banshee is delivered into Grendel's embrace!>
Corpse falls to the ground.
Necrophage the Nefarious Banshee drops like a rock out of the sky.
<Asperia the Banshee is delivered into Grendel's embrace!>
Corpse falls to the ground.

A group of adventurers emerge from a shimmering portal.

a human ranger fires some stones from a shoddy fustibal at you. 111 points of damage!
[Success: 204, Roll: 803] A druid reeking of flowers krushes you with his shoddy iron fist! 152 points of damage! You fall, kicking and screaming, into the oblivion of Grendel's embrace!
[Success: 214, Roll: 702] A practiced mercenary stabs you with his shoddy stiletto! 180 points of damage! You fall, kicking and
screaming, into the oblivion of Grendel's embrace!

Thats not that bad I suppose...The ugly that spawned in the lair a little before did 1400 damage and 200 poison and crud.

After a nice long fane fight with Rozial and Atropos...
Strength: 20
Agility: 16
Authority: 12
Energy: 56

Lost the fane and ended up with a huge DP but it was still a blast, thanks to Roz, and Atropos.
