what is causing a lack of growth of our community may have a little bit to do with 'retardation' but the two main killers are general animosity, and far more importantly: Elitism.

The elitism has gotten disgusting.

The biggest reason though, in all honesty, is probably lack of funds. most families do not have as much splurge money as they used to, that causes anything that isn't a necessity to be looked at more conservatively.
