If someone wishes to attend the lecture on the 7th, they need to break the clothing guidelines and get an item that is restricted to members of Her Majesty's Court. It makes perfect sense to me...

To whom it may concern, It should be pointed out, that before we ever had bathing wraps available by the Clothiers, a "bathing wrap" was a towel or a robe of some sort. IE, bring a towel if you wish to attend. I do not believe this is restricted to any in the Outer. I do, however, thank you though for your diligence in instructing the fair denizens of the Outer of the Clothier's guidelines. -Mistress Cordelia

Perhaps next time it should be specified that one needs to bring a towel OR a bathing wrap as rank allows to attend, then. The wording was ambiguous, and I am certain the Winter Watch has better things to do than confiscate courtier-level garments from Outer Bailey residents at a Courtesy Circle lecture...
